FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL FIRM
This includes removal of remains, basic services of staff, embalming, necessary authorizations, vehicle and local transportation (within 25 mile local service radius) to airport. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the body.

RECEIVING OF REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME
This includes pick up of remains (within 25 mile local radius), vehicle and transportation of remains to cemetery (within 25 mile local radius), and basic services of staff. This charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies.

IMMEDIATE BURIAL
The charge for immediate burial includes removal of remains, local transportation (within 25 mile local service radius) to cemetery, necessary authorizations and basic services of staff, hearse. This charge does not include sales tax on merchandise, visitation, rites, or ceremonies.

Additional charge per hour for staff services and/or use of facilities for partial ceremonies, body donations or other items not included in the normal charges.
