Galen and Marlys were wonderful people. I always enjoyed visiting with them and after Galen passed away I would go see Marlys and she was such a dear. THey were both very special to me. Marlys was such a dear and always remembered my birthday every year by calling me and sending me a card too. I was hoping I could go see her in Mcpherson sometime but never made it down there. I will miss her. What a sweetheart.

Galen and Marlys were my landlords in Quinter for seventeen years. They were the nicest people you would ever meet. They took me under their wing and treated me as if I was part of their family. Galen could fix about anything and Marlys would send a special dish on occasion. These fine folks will be missed.

What a delight Marlys was! She was a bright spot in the work day for many people at Alliance. She and my dad, Rex Grauerholz, would go 'round and 'round. All she had to do was enter a room and the smiles were abundant! Heaven must be an even happier place, now that she's there. She will be missed.
