Aunt Dorothy,
I wish so much that I could have been there on Tuesday. I know that it was a wonderful celebration of Uncle Aubrey's life with many wonder full memories. One of my favorite memories was Uncle Aubrey making us silver dollar pancakes for Saturday morning breakfast!
Love,
Marilyn

Dear Gary and family,

I am so sorry for your loss, and with the loss of my Mom less than 24 hours later, we'll be grieving together. Your family is very special to us. Your Dad was always so kind to my Dad during those financially difficult farming years of the 1980's. And their shared enthusiasm and appreciation for those big, red 4-wheel drive, 4-wheel steering Versatile tractors was fun to watch! I didn't know tractors could be so exciting - until Dad let ME drive them to do the fieldwork! I also remember coming to your home many times for conversations about farming, sports and life. Gary, you have been such a wonderful friend to so many of us from the Class of '73. Thank you for all that you do to keep us connected in friendship and support. God's Blessings to you and all your family.
Love, Shanna

Dorothy & Family; We share in your sorrow and grief at this time, but we also rejoice that Aubrey's race is over and his victory has been won. Aubrey was always friendly, loving, and kind. Aubrey treated us like family, whenever we visited McPherson we knew that we had a loving warm place to stay. Aubrey would ask about our children long after they had established their own families in various parts of America. We will miss his wit and friendship, while we treasure the memories of our time together. Ray & Sally, Cape Town

Do not stand at my grave and weep;

I am not there, I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow,

I am the diamond's glint on snow.

I am the sunlight on ripened grain,

I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush,

I am the swift uplifting rush

Of quiet birds in circling flight.

I am the stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry.

I am not there. I did not die.
